MauiCat is made up of the Yellow Caturra variety of coffee that comes from a yellow bean instead of the conventional red bean when it is ripe. Mild and clean, it is lower in acidity than most coffees. We roast it medium to bring out hints of spice, orange, and honey. In the cup it has a warm nuttiness with a lingering sweetness and a dry finish.
